Benihana: Críticas del restaurante

xxx

They service was at a rushed pace. No more than 30 seconds after giving us the menus they wanted our beverage orders. Our waitress also got our drinks mixed up and tried to blame a lady in the other group. Beside the standard flair that the chefs use, there was no intereaction with or participation from the patrons. The food was very bland and not worth the price we paid for it. I'll never go back to this restaurant/chain.

The food is good, the entertainment is adequate, but the price is a little steep. Not my first choice for Asian Cuisine.I live in Anchorage and have eaten at Benihana's off and on over over the past few years. Each experience has been less pleasing than the last . She let the host know it was a big birthday, party of six, and the man on the phone said, "yes, yes," and hung up on her. Not daunted, she called back the next day to check her reservation. when we were handed menus we were asked to "HURRY UP AND PLACE OUR ORDER," as the restaurant closes at 2:30pm! As we left we said good-bye to the hostess (we have manners, and we live in Anchorage) and no one looked up at us; they were standing there reading.
it is NOT fun, it is NOT special, it is NOT worth your time or effort. Downtown, go to Dami; midtown, to Pete's; eastside, to Ichiban, and at each you will find proper service and great chow.
Tons of fun. Out chef was fantastic and made the whole night enjoyable. The food also tasted fresh and scrumptious.
